Tenant Services Our Landlord/Tenant group is a fully integrated department that deals with all tenant matters across the country (as applicable to provincial legislation). This group controls the assignment and collection of rents, and administers all tenant services including full eviction proceedings and court services (motions, trials, etc). This complete service package has proven extremely cost (and time) effective for our Clients. PCHS also offers a full tenant placement program (as required by CMHC) so the Client can continue to focus on the end result, not the myriad of issues in between.
