PCHS
primarily deals with the management of Power of Sale/ Foreclosure/ Receivership, for residential and commercial properties, working with many of the financial institutions, law firms, public trustees, etc. across Canada.

PCHS is highly specialized as a service provider. Because of increased demand for specialty services, we isolate and build individual service modules (specialty teams) within our corporate structure that work towards one common goal, customer satisfaction.

There are over 130 services that PCHS currently offers to the various financial institutions. We have the ability to tailor any aspect of our services to suit the specific needs of our Clients.

With over forty regional offices across the country, our expertise in property management has developed into a fully integrated real estate management administration that has become the benchmark, and the opportunity, for lending institutions to out source their default mortgage requirements, from initial legal action, to final sale proceedings, including insurer claim submissions.

Our corporate head office in Mississauga, Ontario, is only minutes from downtown Toronto. Here we administer nationally, all inbound and outgoing services so our Clients can benefit from our "One Number to Call" feature. From the East coast to the West coast, PCHS directs and controls all administrative functions through our Head Office providing for centralized reporting, cost effectiveness, and quick turn around times and tracking of all trade services.
