Accounting Department Our Accounting department has had to develop and respond to many calls for customized billing either monthly, quarterly or on closing. Each step of our internal process requires an ability to inform our clients of up to the minute, accurate accounting. Reporting, statistics, cost analysis and custom databases is all part of this department's focus. With the Closing (billing) Program, the Client does not pay for services until the file closes. Invoices may also be paid through the solicitors from sale proceeds. With the availability for Clients to access and view their portfolios remotely on our Web site, the whole process is very user friendly.
